How to do the Kipping Muscle Up
- Hang from the bar with a false grip and build a hollow-to-arch swing.
- At the peak of the kip, pull explosively and drive your hips toward the bar.
- As your chest clears the bar, press down and transition your torso over to support.
- Lower under control before initiating the next kip swing.
