The Leg-Over Floor Press is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leg-Over Floor Press

  1. Lie on your back holding a kettlebell in one hand; cross the opposite leg over your body for stability.
  2. Press the kettlebell straight up until your arm is fully extended.
  3. Keep your shoulder packed into the floor and your wrist stacked over your elbow.
  4. Lower the bell under control to the starting position.
