The Leverage Chest Press is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leverage Chest Press

  1. Adjust the seat so the handles are level with the middle of your chest.
  2. Plant your feet flat and press the handles forward to full extension.
  3. Lower slowly until you feel a stretch across your chest.
  4. Keep your back against the pad — don't arch off the seat.
