The Leverage Iso Row is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leverage Iso Row

  1. Sit with your chest against the pad and grip each handle independently.
  2. Pull one or both handles back, driving your elbow straight behind you.
  3. Hold the contraction briefly, feeling the squeeze in your lat.
  4. Extend fully on the return to get a complete stretch before the next rep.
