London Bridges

Other Lats

The London Bridges is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the London Bridges

  1. Grip the apparatus with both hands at shoulder width and hang with arms extended.
  2. Depress your shoulder blades and engage your lats before initiating any movement.
  3. Arc your body through the prescribed range of motion, keeping tension in the lats throughout.
  4. Control the return to the start position without losing shoulder engagement.

Train it in Apex Zone
