How to do the Low Cable Crossover
- Set both pulleys to the lowest position and stand centered between the stacks.
- Grip a handle in each hand with a slight forward lean, arms extended down and out to your sides.
- Sweep your hands upward and together in a wide arc, stopping at chest height.
- Squeeze your chest at the top, then lower back under control.
