How to do the Medicine Ball Chest Pass

  1. Stand facing a wall or partner, feet shoulder-width apart, ball at chest.
  2. Drive the ball forward explosively by extending your arms and following through with your wrists.
  3. Catch the return with soft arms and absorb into your chest immediately.
  4. Reset your stance after each catch before the next throw.
