How to do the Muscle Up
- Start from a dead hang using a false grip.
- Pull explosively, driving your elbows high above the bar or rings.
- Transition by leaning your chest forward over the bar and pressing your hands down.
- Finish fully locked out at the top with straight arms and shoulders stable.
