How to do the Neck Press
- Lie flat on a bench and unrack the bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip.
- Lower the bar toward your upper chest and neck under full control with elbows flared wide.
- Keep your back flat against the bench throughout — no arching.
- Press back to full extension in a controlled path.
