How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent, and hold the kettlebell at chest level with one hand.
  2. Press the bell straight up until your elbow is fully locked out.
  3. Keep your shoulder blade pressed into the floor throughout the movement.
  4. Lower slowly until your tricep touches the floor, then repeat.
