How to do the One Arm Lat Pulldown

  1. Attach a single handle to the high pulley and sit with your thigh secured under the pad.
  2. Reach up and grip the handle, allowing your lat to fully stretch at the top.
  3. Pull the handle down toward your hip, driving your elbow down and back.
  4. Control the weight on the way up; avoid leaning excessively to one side.
