Overhead Lat
The Overhead Lat is a stretching movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Overhead Lat
- Raise one arm overhead and grasp a fixed anchor or use the opposite hand to assist.
- Lean gently away from the raised arm until you feel a stretch along your lat and side.
- Hold the stretch without forcing it, breathing steadily.
- Keep your hips stable and avoid collapsing through the lower back.
