Plyo Kettlebell Pushups
The Plyo Kettlebell Pushups is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Plyo Kettlebell Pushups
- Place two kettlebells shoulder-width apart on the floor and grip the handles in a push-up position, body forming a straight line.
- Lower your chest to the handles with control, then explosively press up so your hands leave the kettlebells.
- Land softly back onto the handles with slightly bent elbows and immediately go into the next rep.
- Keep your core braced throughout — don't let your hips sag or pike.
