How to do the Plyo Push-up
- Start in a standard push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart and body in a straight line.
- Lower your chest toward the floor with control, then explode up so your hands leave the ground.
- Land softly with slightly bent elbows and immediately absorb into the next rep.
- Keep your core tight the entire time — your hips and shoulders should rise and fall as one unit.
