The Pullups is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Pullups
- Hang from the bar with an overhand grip just outside shoulder width, arms fully extended.
- Drive your elbows straight down toward your hips to pull your chest toward the bar.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower under control to a dead hang.
- Keep your shoulders packed—don't let them shrug up to your ears at the bottom.
