Push Up to Side Plank
The Push Up to Side Plank is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Push Up to Side Plank
- Set up in a high plank with hands directly under your shoulders.
- Lower your chest to the floor with elbows tracking back at roughly 45 degrees.
- Press back to the top, then rotate into a side plank, stacking your feet and extending one arm overhead.
- Keep your hips level throughout — don't let them sag during the push-up or the rotation.
