Push-Up Wide
The Push-Up Wide is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Push-Up Wide
- Place your hands wider than shoulder width on the floor, fingers forward or slightly out.
- Keep your body in a rigid straight line from head to heels throughout the movement.
- Lower your chest to the floor, then press back up to full arm extension.
- Don't let your elbows flare past 45–60° or your hips sag.
