How to do the Pushups
- Place hands just outside shoulder width with fingers pointed forward.
- Maintain a rigid plank — squeeze your glutes and brace your core before you move.
- Lower your chest to just above the floor, then press to full elbow extension.
- Keep your elbows at roughly 45 degrees from your torso, not flared wide.
