How to do the Rocky Pull-Ups/Pulldowns
- Grip the bar or attachment with hands close together, palms facing you.
- Pull your chest toward the bar, leading with your elbows driving down and back.
- At the top, shift to one side slightly, then lower on that side and repeat alternating.
- Keep your shoulders packed — don't let them shrug up at the bottom.
