The Rope Climb is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Rope Climb

  1. Grip the rope at eye level with both hands, thumbs wrapped around.
  2. Pull with your arms while driving your knees up to create slack, then lock the rope with your feet.
  3. Extend your legs to push up, then re-grip higher and repeat.
  4. Descend under control hand-over-hand — don't slide or drop.
