How to do the Shotgun Row
- Stand sideways to a cable stack with a single handle set at about shoulder height.
- Grip the handle with the far hand, arm fully extended, and step out to create tension.
- Drive your elbow straight back past your torso, keeping the pull in a tight line.
- Squeeze the lat at peak contraction and return under control.
