How to do the Side To Side Chins

  1. Hang from a bar with an overhand grip just outside shoulder-width.
  2. Pull yourself up and shift your chin toward one hand at the top.
  3. Lower under control, then pull and shift to the opposite side.
  4. Initiate each rep by depressing your shoulder blades, not jerking with your arms.
