Single-Arm Cable Crossover

Cable Chest

The Single-Arm Cable Crossover is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Single-Arm Cable Crossover

  1. Set the cable pulley to shoulder height, grip the handle with one hand, and step away to create tension.
  2. Stand staggered with the opposite foot forward and brace your core.
  3. Pull the handle across your body in a wide arc, finishing at your centerline with a slight elbow bend.
  4. Control the return slowly and avoid rotating your torso to compensate.
