Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover
The Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover
- Lie perpendicular across a bench with your upper back supported and hips dropped slightly below bench height.
- Hold one dumbbell with both hands directly over your chest, arms nearly straight.
- Lower the dumbbell in an arc behind your head until you feel a full stretch through your chest and lats.
- Pull the weight back to the start by driving through your lats, not your elbows.
