How to do the Suspended Push-Up

  1. Place your feet in the straps and set your hands on the floor in a push-up position.
  2. Lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your body rigid from head to heels.
  3. Keep your core tight — don't let your hips sag or pike.
  4. Press back up to full arm extension.
