How to do the Svend Press
- Stand tall holding two plates pressed together between your palms at chest height.
- Press the plates straight out in front of you while squeezing them together hard.
- Maintain constant inward pressure on the plates — don't let them separate.
- Return slowly to your chest without losing tension.
