How to do the V-Bar Pulldown
- Attach a V-bar to the high pulley and sit with thighs secured under the pad.
- Grip the V-bar with a neutral grip, arms fully extended.
- Pull the bar to your upper chest by driving elbows down and back.
- Control the weight back to full extension — don't let it yank your shoulders up.
