V-Bar Pullup
The V-Bar Pullup is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the V-Bar Pullup
- Grip a V-bar attachment on a pull-up station with a neutral grip, arms fully extended.
- Pull your chest toward the bar by driving elbows down and back.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower under control to full arm extension.
- Keep your core braced — avoid swinging or kipping.
