Weighted Pull Ups

Other Lats

The Weighted Pull Ups is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Weighted Pull Ups

  1. Attach a weight belt or hold a dumbbell between your feet, then grip the bar just outside shoulder-width.
  2. Pull your chin above the bar by driving elbows down toward your hips.
  3. Lower to full arm extension on every rep — don't cut the range of motion.
  4. Brace your core to prevent the added load from causing you to swing.

Train it in Apex Zone
