How to do the 3/4 Sit-Up
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Curl your torso up until your elbows nearly reach your knees.
- Lower under control, stopping before your shoulders touch the ground.
- Keep your chin off your chest — look toward the ceiling throughout.
