How to do the Ab Roller

  1. Kneel and grip the roller with both hands directly under your shoulders.
  2. Brace your core hard before you move.
  3. Roll forward until your body is nearly parallel to the floor.
  4. Pull back by contracting your abs — don't lead with your hips or lower back.
