The Air Bike is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Air Bike

  1. Lie on your back with hands lightly behind your head, shoulders off the floor.
  2. Bring one knee in while rotating the opposite elbow toward it.
  3. Simultaneously extend the other leg out low without letting it touch the floor.
  4. Keep your lower back pressed down — the rotation comes from your torso, not your neck.
