How to do the Advanced Kettlebell Windmill
- Press the kettlebell overhead with a locked-out arm, eyes on the bell.
- Push your hip out to the side of the loaded arm and turn your feet roughly 45 degrees away from it.
- Hinge at the hip and lower your free hand toward the floor, keeping the overhead arm vertical.
- Drive through the hip to stand back up — never lose sight of the bell.
