How to do the Barbell Rollout from Bench

  1. Kneel on a bench and grip the barbell on the floor in front of you at shoulder width.
  2. Roll the bar forward, extending your hips and torso while keeping your core braced.
  3. Extend as far as you can control without your lower back sagging.
  4. Pull the bar back by contracting your abs to return to the start position.
