The Ball Leg Curl is a strength movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Ball Leg Curl

  1. Lie on your back with heels on top of the ball and arms flat at your sides.
  2. Lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels.
  3. Pull the ball toward your glutes by bending your knees, then slowly extend back out.
  4. Keep your hips elevated the entire set — do not let them drop between reps.
