The Barbell Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Barbell Curl

  1. Stand holding the bar at hip height with a shoulder-width supinated grip.
  2. Pin your elbows to your sides — they stay there for the entire rep.
  3. Curl the bar to shoulder height, fully shortening the biceps.
  4. Lower under control; don't swing to start the next rep.
