How to do the Barbell Curl
- Stand holding the bar at hip height with a shoulder-width supinated grip.
- Pin your elbows to your sides — they stay there for the entire rep.
- Curl the bar to shoulder height, fully shortening the biceps.
- Lower under control; don't swing to start the next rep.
