The Cable Preacher Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cable Preacher Curl

  1. Set the cable low and position yourself at a preacher bench so the pad supports your upper arms.
  2. Grip the handle or bar with an underhand grip, arms nearly extended.
  3. Curl the handle up toward your chin, squeezing the biceps at the top.
  4. Lower slowly to near-full extension — don't let your arms drop or bounce.
