How to do the Bench Dips
- Sit on the edge of a bench, hands gripping the edge beside your hips, fingers pointing forward.
- Slide your hips off the bench, supporting your weight on your hands.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows to roughly 90 degrees.
- Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the top.
