How to do the Cable Lying Triceps Extension

  1. Lie on a flat bench with the cable set low behind your head.
  2. Grip the bar or rope with hands shoulder-width apart, arms extended overhead.
  3. Bend only at the elbows to lower the handle toward your forehead, then press back to full extension.
  4. Keep upper arms stationary throughout — don't let elbows flare.
