The Bench Press - Powerlifting is a powerlifting movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Bench Press - Powerlifting

  1. Set a tight arch, retract your shoulder blades, and plant both feet flat before unracking.
  2. Lower the bar with control until it touches your chest, then drive it to full lockout.
  3. Keep your wrists stacked directly over your elbows throughout the press.
  4. Use leg drive to transfer force from the floor through the bar at the start of the press.
