Cable Incline Triceps Extension

Cable Triceps

The Cable Incline Triceps Extension is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cable Incline Triceps Extension

  1. Set the cable low and lie face-up on an incline bench angled away from the stack.
  2. Hold the attachment at arms' length overhead, then lower by bending only at the elbows.
  3. Keep your upper arms vertical and stationary — don't let them drift forward.
  4. Extend fully at the top without locking the elbows hard.
