The Body Tricep Press is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Body Tricep Press

  1. Place your hands on a fixed surface at about hip height and walk your feet back so your body angles forward.
  2. Bend only at the elbows to lower your head toward the surface, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  3. Press back to straight arms by extending the elbows — don't push from your shoulders.
  4. The steeper your body angle, the harder the movement; adjust foot position to match your level.
