Bent-Knee Hip Raise

Body only Abdominals

The Bent-Knee Hip Raise is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Bent-Knee Hip Raise

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and drawn toward your chest, arms pressed flat at your sides.
  2. Contract your lower abs to curl your hips up off the floor toward the ceiling.
  3. Avoid swinging — use a slow, controlled raise rather than momentum.
  4. Lower your hips back down with control before starting the next rep.
