Butt-Ups

Body only Abdominals

The Butt-Ups is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Butt-Ups

  1. Start in a push-up position with arms straight and body in a plank.
  2. Keep your legs straight and drive your hips up toward the ceiling, forming an inverted V.
  3. Lower hips back to plank position with control.
  4. Keep arms locked out throughout — this is a core movement, not a shoulder one.

Train it in Apex Zone
