The Cable Crunch is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cable Crunch

  1. Attach a rope to a high pulley, kneel facing the stack, and hold the ends at your temples.
  2. Crunch down by flexing your spine, driving your chest toward your knees.
  3. The movement is spinal flexion — don't pull with your arms or hinge at the hips.
  4. Pause at the bottom, then return slowly to the start position.
