How to do the Cable Judo Flip
- Set the cable at shoulder height, stand sideways to the stack, and grip the handle with both hands extended.
- Pull the handle diagonally down and across your body in a chopping arc, rotating through the core.
- Pivot on your feet as you rotate — let the hips and torso drive the movement, not the arms.
- Reverse the motion under control back to the start before the next rep.
