How to do the Cable One Arm Tricep Extension

  1. Stand facing the cable stack, set the pulley high, and grip the single handle with one hand.
  2. Tuck your upper arm against your side with elbow bent at 90 degrees.
  3. Press the handle straight down until your arm is fully extended, then return with control.
  4. Keep your elbow fixed in place — only the forearm moves.
