Cable Seated Crunch
The Cable Seated Crunch is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Cable Seated Crunch
- Set the cable high, attach a rope, and kneel or sit on a bench facing away from the stack.
- Hold the rope at the sides of your head with elbows bent.
- Crunch down by flexing your spine, pulling your elbows toward your thighs.
- Pause at the bottom and contract your abs before returning slowly to the start.
