The Calf Press is a strength movement that targets your calves. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Calf Press
- Seat yourself in the calf press machine and place the balls of your feet on the lower edge of the footplate.
- Release the safety, then lower your heels until you feel a full stretch in the calves.
- Press through the balls of your feet to full extension and hold one second.
- Keep your knees soft — don't lock them out under load.
