How to do the Calf Raises - With Bands

  1. Anchor the band under the balls of your feet and hold the other end at your sides or shoulders to add resistance.
  2. Stand with heels hanging off a step or flat on the floor.
  3. Rise to full plantar flexion, pausing at the top.
  4. Lower slowly to a full stretch before the next rep.
